Insulation missing in the attic. A relatively simple fix but an important one. Orange = heat gain.

Active moisture leaks on an upstairs ceiling. The AC's primary drain line was clogged and spilling onto the attic floor, seeping into the living space. The blue and green indicate moisture.

Some issues are invisible to the naked eye. But a thermal camera can reveal underlying problems.

Whether the issue is missing insulation,  an active moisture leak that could lead to mold or even hidden wiring problems,

thermal cameras are a must for every home inspection.
