$100 off for first-time homebuyers
Updated: Dec 3, 2018
Need a home inspection and radon test? Are you a first-time homebuyer?
If so, I'm offering $100 off the total price for a home inspection and radon test for all first-time homebuyers.
To redeem the offer just mention this blog post or, if you are a real estate agent, please have your customer refer to it.
The offer is valid until Jan. 31, 2019. The only restrictions are: the home must be located in Missoula and you must hire me to perform a home inspection and radon test.
My typical home inspection and radon test price for any Missoula home (up to 2,500 sq. ft.) is $425. The promotional price is $325 for a home up to that square footage (prices increase marginally for houses larger than 2,500 square feet).
Call 406-240-7940 today to schedule an inspection!
Additional reasons to hire me
* My home inspections are backed fully by a guarantee. If I miss something I should have found, the home will be purchased back from the buyer. Additionally, I'm insured by the Hanover Insurance Group for up to $500,000. Click here for more about the guarantee
* I offer FREE infrared/thermal inspections on all home inspections. This tool is invaluable to inspectors and impresses buyers who want a peek at what's going on behind-the-scenes in the home. Click here to see what an infrared inspection reveals
* I'm highly trained. I am also certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world's largest home inspector trade association, as an inspector and radon tester. Check out the long list of inspector-specific education I've received. Click here if you are really bored :)
* I am a former award-winning investigative journalist, editor and book author. I take complex topics and make them understandable to the layperson. I put issues into their proper context. If an issue is minor or cosmetic, I emphasize that. Similarly, if an issue is potentially costly or poses a safety risk, I make that clear as well.
Thank you -
